Living Room Productions
Women-led NYC theater company
Founded by LAMDA graduates and professional actors, LRP fosters new work, mounts ethically produced productions and nurtures our community by hosting Artist Potlucks.
Living Room Productions was founded in 2023 by classically trained professional actors Ellyn Heald, Laura Carswell and Su Hendrickson.
WHO WE ARE
Ellyn, Laura and Su met in London in 2012 at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts, where they were all classmates in the Master’s degree program for Classical Acting for the Professional Theatre.
OUR INAUGURAL SEASON
LRP is mounting 4 productions during the 2025-2026 season, including a US premiere, and a new work to be announced
Our inaugural season includes:

“Peep” by Jodi Gray (US premiere)
“Twelfth Night” by William Shakespeare

monthly potlucks
Once a month (or so) LRP hosts ‘artist potlucks’ where artists can gather and share selections of their works in progress in a casual, low-stakes environment. If you’re interested in joining us for one of these potlucks, sign up here!
